Mr. Bickham is a partner in Nordberg | DeNichilo, LLP. He provides corporate counsel services to community associations as well as advice on governance matters and day-to-day operations. He has worked with developers, business owners, community associations and individuals on a variety of business and real estate related legal matters for over twenty years.

Specific areas of practice include advising community associations on resolving problems and issues; revising, analyzing and interpreting governing documents; drafting, analyzing and negotiating all types of agreements for property, goods and services; drafting and negotiating real estate purchase and lease agreements; preparing easements, CC&Rs and other land use agreements; and creating new governing documents for common interest developments. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Bickham has practiced both in-house and in law firms, so he can readily appreciate the legal needs and demands of businesses and individuals from both perspectives. He has also served on association board of directors giving him unique insight into the practical business as well as legal issues which arise in their ongoing operations.
