On April 1, 2023, ECHO hosted the Ask the Attorney event covering all 11 chapters of the Davis-Stirling Act. Daniel Heaton presented in the general session and hosted small group discussions to answer more specific questions and help you better understand the material covered.

The seminar was great for both new board members and experienced homeowner leaders that are just looking for a refresher on the Davis-Stirling Act!

Homeowners and professional service providers were also encouraged to participate.
